What types of payment does Portovelo accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal.
What is Paypal and how do I use it?
PayPal is a fast and secure way to pay online, and your financial details are never shared. If you have an account, simply log in upon checkout and follow the easy steps. If you don’t have an account, you can still check out as a guest via Paypal using your credit/debit card information.
What is the cost of shipping?
We offer Free Shipping for orders of 2 or more items within the US. For all other type of orders, shipping and handling costs vary based on order weight and shipping location. Shipping costs are calculated automatically for you upon checkout.
What are your shipping methods?
Portovelo ships all US domestic orders via the United Parcel Service (UPS), and all international orders via Hong Kong Post. Domestic orders sent via UPS will be issued an order tracking number. International orders are typically not sent tracking numbers unless specifically requested, before an order is dispatched.
Portovelo is not liable for items lost, stolen or damaged in the mail and upon delivery of merchandise to the carrier. Please note, international customers are responsible for additional shipping charges and fees incurred from customs clearance including any duties and additional taxes.
What are your shipping times?
For orders within the US, UPS Ground typically takes 2-3 business days to all states except Hawaii and Alaska, which may take up to 5-10 days.
For international orders, HK Post typically takes 2-3 business days for orders within Asia and over 3 business days for orders outside Asia. Exact delivery time will depend on shipping location.
Does Portovelo ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses?
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or Military APO/FOP addresses.
How do I know if an order is placed successfully?
After you submit your order, you will be directed to a confirmation page with a specific order number. At the same time, you will also receive an email confirmation with order details.

How do I track an order?
After your order is shipped (usually one working day upon order submission), you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number, and easy steps to track your order online or by phone.
Can I cancel an order once placed?
To ensure shipments get to our customers as soon as possible, we cannot accommodate cancelling or modifying an order once placed. Please see our “Returns & Exchanges” section on how to return your order.
