To exchange or return your order, simply send us your unworn shoes within 30 days of purchase. Note that the shoes must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received.
Once we receive your merchandise, we will gladly exchange your item or issue a credit in the form of the original payment. Please keep in mind that shoes received in worn condition will be subject to a $10 restocking fee.
For Exchanges: While you are responsible for return shipping costs, shipping of the new exchanged merchandise is on us!
For Returns/Refunds: You will receive full amount for the merchandise, excluding postage and packing.
To exchange or return an item, please follow these simple steps:
1. Submit your Return Request online
If you have an existing account with us, please log in and go to the "Returns" section in your Customer Account view. Click on "Request for Return or Exchange," and follow the simple steps to submit your Return Request online.
If you checked out as a guest, you will need to first create an account, then follow the above steps. (please use the same email address as the one you used for your order, otherwise e will not be able to retrieve your order history)
2. Pack your item(s)
Place your unworn items in the original packaging or an unmarked cardboard box.
